INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The true definition of a tincture is a liquid extract in an alcohol base. Alcohol-based herbal tinctures offer many distinct advantages over MCT-based products…including quicker absorption and higher potency.
Alcohol extracts deliver therapeutic benefits more rapidly than other liquid extracts. The alcohol is able to partially bypass the digestive process so you begin absorbing the liquid as soon as it reaches the mucous membranes in your mouth and stomach. This delivers more active ingredients to the bloodstream prior to digestion.

Herbs will affect everyone in slightly different ways, which is why we can’t give general dosing instructions that work for everyone. Use the tips below to help you find the perfect dose within a relatively short period of time. Keep in mind that your required dose may change over time.
This product is intended to be added to 2-8 fl oz of liquid and consumed immediately after mixing. Dilute the tincture to taste by adjusting the volume of liquid in the glass. DO NOT CONSUME UNDILUTED!
We recommend adding a serving of your Metta Essentials Signature Blend tincture to a cup of room temperature water or hot tea/water with honey. However, you may add your tincture to any beverage you like…Take your time and enjoy sipping the tincture slowly, allowing the liquid to pass under your tongue and around your mouth prior to swallowing.
GETTING STARTED: For new users we recommend starting with a single 1mL serving (this will provide 40mg of full spectrum hemp extract containing 22+ mg of CBD). Increase/decrease dosage in increments as desired until you find the dose that feels perfect for you. Do not exceed 5mL (10 servings) per day.
